TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Access to the Learning Management System (LMS) is strictly limited to authorized users and is non-transferable.

2.User credentials are confidential and must not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third party.

3.All course materials, content, assessments, recordings, and resources available on the LMS remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company/Institute.

4.Copying, downloading, reproducing, screen recording, distributing, or commercially exploiting any LMS content without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.

5.The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in cases of policy violation, misuse, unethical conduct, or unauthorized access attempts.

6.Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and activities performed through their accounts.

7.The Company reserves the right to modify, update, restrict, or discontinue any course, feature, or service at its sole discretion.

8.Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company.

9.Any attempt to compromise system security, manipulate assessments, or interfere with platform operations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

10.Continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments.
